• Customer data: phone numbers and reward points for customers enrolled in your loyalty program (you represent you have consent to store this).

• Payment data: processed via Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Operate and maintain the Racks Rewards platform.
• Process reward points, transactions, and ad campaigns.
• Send transactional emails (registration confirmations, password resets).
• Improve platform features and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on GitHub repositories under encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including hashed passwords (PBKDF2), rate limiting, and staff 2FA. Shop owners control their own customer data and can request deletion at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• GitHub — for data storage infrastructure.
• Shop owners — aggregated analytics, never individual customer identities without consent.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Shop owners can export or delete their customer data through the admin dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
