By using Racks Rewards, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when registering a shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Shop owners define their own rewards structure. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Customers must consent to enrollment. Shop owners are responsible for compliance with local consumer protection laws.
Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal products/services, misleading claims, and content targeting vulnerable groups in restricted categories (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms). Racks Rewards reserves the right to reject or remove any ad without notice.
Subscription fees are charged via Stripe on a recurring basis. Refunds are at our discretion. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
Racks Rewards is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
